How Does It Work
Our clients call us or stop by with their salable items. We examine them and compare sales history for similar items. We describe our particular marketing for the items and try to reach an agreement on a mutually satisfactory plan.
We take pictures of the item for sale and prepare an online auction with information you provide as well as research we may undertake. We try to answer all the potential buyer questions that we can right in the description. Our auctions have a shipping calculator available as well as a convenient form for further inquiries.
At the conclusion of the auction, we process bidder payments in a secure manner. We charge the buyer for shipping and handling and never ship before payment is made in full.
We calculate sellers payments once per month. At the conclusion of each calendar month we calculate total sales, listing fees and commissions. Payments are made beginning the second Tuesday of each month. Checks may be either mailed of picked up (call first). Additionally, we can make payment to seller PayPal accounts.
