Checkout: Please do not forget, you need to use our ListQueue Secure Checkout once auction ends regardless of shipping method, state or country - We do not accept PayPal direct checkout. Checkout is required even if sending a check or MO as you will need to send a copy of completed order with your payment. Any payment received without an order number will be subject to a delay in shipping due additional handling required.
Shipping & Handling: Let's understand Handling costs in S&H. Handling is included in all our sales auctions. We need to buy boxes, packing materials, envelopes, tape, labels and more. There are ongoing expenses for equipment purchase and lease. We need to cover the costs of shipping that are above and beyond the charges of the carriers.
Packaging: We pack and ship items during weekdays only. Generally, items are packed within three business days, usually much earlier. We use the best suited packing materials, both new and recycled. Some items may need specialized packing and may take slightly longer to prepare. We are sure that you will appreciate the care we take with your purchase.
Transit time: Once a order is packed, it is picked up from our offices by USPS or UPS on regular business days. Please note that we are located on the West Coast and ground delivery for the eastern half of the country is seven days after packing.
Warranty: TheListCat LLC does not warranty any items listed or sold. All items are sold as is, where is and without warranty from TheListCat. Items that are factory sealed and sold with a factory warranty are covered by the manufacturer and not by TheListCat. Any questions about function or use or any questions about service or lack of use must be directed to the manufacturer. TheListCat is not a retail store, we are eBay brokers and are selling items on consignment.
Hours: Please note TheListCat office hours on the actual auction page and contact page. We cannot reply to e-mails or phone calls during non-office hours. We usually cannot answer questions during the last few hours of any auction.
Feedback Policy: Feedback is automated and usually cycles every four hours. We will always reply to feedback left. If there is an issue, we appreciate if you would contact us so we can resolve the issue before your feel that derogatory feedback is necessary.
International: All items sent international will be sent with a customs sticker / label, marked as "merchandise" and listed at full auction price paid. We cannot send as a gift, we cannot send as a return, and we cannot send for value less than the eBay win. We cannot break Federal Law, very sorry, if you do not wish to pay custom fees in your country, please do not bid. TheListCat no longer accepts PayPal from international bidders due to consistent international PayPal fraud. You may still pay using Major Credit Card.
Returns and Refunds: Returns are allowed only if the item is significantly not as described. As we are a consignment sales house, information may be supplied by the consignor and may be beyond our scope of knowledge. We will happily issue a refund if the item delivered was not the exact item in the auction or listing. Please notify us within 48-hours of receipt (2-Business Days). There is no exception to this policy. We cannot issue a refund if the item was damaged or lost in transit. We can however file for an insurance claim if you paid for insurance. All refunds will be issued by check or credited back to your credit card within 10-days of the refund clearing our account.
We do not accept returns if you do not like the item, it does not fit, you changed your mind, you did not ask the appropriate questions, you miss valued the item, your overbid or it does not do what you wanted it to do as we are an eBay broker. We don't stock our items, we sell what our clients bring us and once sold we pay our clients, we cannot return items. TheListCat LLC assumes no liability for any damage or loss caused by the carrier.
Insurance: TheListCat automatically includes insurance for the first $100 of value of most items shipped within the United States. Buyers may purchase insurance for any value in excess of $100. International shipments are insured at the option and expense of the buyer. Insurance does not cover loss or theft of your items once the package has been delivered to your home/office. Insurance does not cover the cost of shipping or theft of the item after confirmed delivery.
Non Payment Policy: All nonpaying bidders are reported to eBay and issued a strike on their account. 3-Strikes and eBay suspends your account. We may submit nonpaying bidders to an outside collection agency. A winning eBay bid is a binding contract. Please read and understand eBay’s Terms of Service.
